The Tapestry of Life ๐Ÿ•ธ๐Ÿ•ท

Hi guys! ๐Ÿ‘‹ Well, I'm not really into poetry, but I wanted to challenge myself to create something meaningful. It took me 6 whole days to come up with this piece (yeah, I know, it's not that long, but it felt like forever! ๐Ÿ˜‚). I'd love to share it with you, and hear your thoughts! ๐Ÿ’ฌ From helpless infant cries to final breath, ๐Ÿ’€ Life's journey weaves a tapestry so fine, ๐Ÿ•ธ️ With every step, a story's told in death, ๐Ÿ’ญ And memories, like autumn leaves, entwine. ๐Ÿ‚ The innocence of youth, the fire of prime, ๐Ÿ”ฅ The wisdom gained, the love, the loss, the pain, ๐Ÿ’” All etched upon the heart, a bittersweet rhyme, ๐ŸŽถ That echoes through the chambers of the brain. ๐Ÿง  Yet, in this fleeting life, we search for more, ๐Ÿ” For meaning, purpose, and a love that's true, ❤️ A connection to the world, and to each other's core, ๐ŸŒŽ A bond that transcends the grave, and shines anew. ✨ And when the final curtain falls, and we depart, ๐ŸŽญ Our legacy remains, a work of art. ๐ŸŽจ

If KAY talked to William Shakespeare

Having Had a Chat with William Shakespeare ๐Ÿ“š๐Ÿ‘‘ I will have sat down with the Bard himself, William Shakespeare, and I would have felt a mix of excitement and nerves ๐Ÿ˜ฌ. We would have exchanged warm smiles, and I would have begun our conversation. "I will have said, Mr. Shakespeare, your works would have had a profound impact on me," I would have said, my African accent infused with enthusiasm ๐ŸŒ. "Your exploration of the human condition would have resonated deeply with my own cultural heritage." Shakespeare's eyes would have sparkled with curiosity ๐Ÿ”. "You would have told me, my dear, which of my works you would have found most captivating?" I would have leaned in, my hands gesturing animatedly ๐Ÿคฉ. "I would have adored 'Romeo and Juliet' – the tragic love story would have spoken to the universal human experience ๐Ÿ’˜. And 'The Tempest' – the themes of power, forgiveness, and redemption would have been timeless ⏰." Shakespeare ...

A Tale of my WRITING✍️๐Ÿป FAILURE๐Ÿ‘Ž

My Biggest๐Ÿ˜ต Writing Failure: A Tale๐Ÿ™ˆ of Procrastination๐Ÿ˜ด and Idea Freeze๐Ÿฅถ As a writer, I've faced my fair share of challenges๐Ÿ˜ฎ‍๐Ÿ’จ. But if I'm being honest, my biggest writing failure is a recurring one: procrastination, idea freeze, and the dreaded loss of interest๐Ÿ˜ฌ in a draft. It starts innocently๐Ÿ™Š enough. I'll have a brilliant idea for a story or article, and I'll excitedly๐Ÿฅณstart writing. But as the days go by, my enthusiasm wanes๐Ÿ’ค๐Ÿ’ค, and I find myself struggling to make progress๐Ÿคž. Before I know it, I've hit a wall๐Ÿ˜ฑ. The ideas that once flowed๐ŸŒง๐ŸŒง so freely have dried๐ŸŒˆ up, and I'm left staring at a blank๐Ÿ•ง๐Ÿ•‘๐Ÿ•๐Ÿ“ฐ page. The pressure☄️ to produce something amazing becomes overwhelming, and I find myself putting off the task altogether. And then, the inevitable happens: I lose interest๐Ÿคจ๐Ÿ˜‘in the draft altogether. The excitement and passion that drove me to start writing in the first place have fizzled out, and I'm left with a half-baked idea that I...

Tock-Tick [My little yarn]

Okay. Hi! ๐Ÿ˜›๐Ÿ‘‹ So...I wanna share a little fable with ya'all. I wrote the whole stuff for a certain essay competition and unluckily๐Ÿ˜”๐Ÿ˜ช๐Ÿ™„, I didn't WIN but atleast I got some knowledge on Greek mythology– although I did more of KAY mythology⁉️ which isn't so bad. Here's the little piece and I really hope ya'all comment๐Ÿ’ญ๐Ÿ—ฏ๐Ÿ‘Š: ♡♥︎♡♥︎♡♥︎♡♥︎♡♥︎♡♥︎♡♥︎♡ The sight was terrible. The old clock tower of Chronos was falling and crumbling. Aion, Lord of the sesons sat in his throne. "Take off the crystals at once!", he ordered. The watchmen of the clock tower flew to the cave where the shiny crystals were, immediately took them out and suddenly, darkness came upon the earth. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< "What happened?", Ajax asked dusting some powdery substances off his coat. He turned to look around where he was. It was an empty...

INSPIRATION STATION: Where Creativity Meets Genius –Exploring the sources of Inspiration ๐Ÿ”Ž๐ŸŽถ๐Ÿ“–✍️๐Ÿป

Hey there! ๐Ÿ‘‹ Everyday we experience the creativity of others ๐ŸŒŽ. We read Wole Soyinka's amazing poetry ๐Ÿ“š and Toni Morrison's novels ๐Ÿ“–. We admire Claude Monet's art (Actually, I don't but I think they're okay ๐Ÿ˜Š). We listen to Wizkid's music ๐ŸŽถ and Taylor Swift's songs ๐ŸŽค. But have we ever wondered where they get their inspiration from? ๐Ÿค” What sparks their creativity? ๐Ÿ’ก Here are some of the sources: _Personal Experiences and Observations_ Many creatives draw inspiration from their own lives ๐Ÿ“.
