Tock-Tick [My little yarn]

Okay. Hi! πŸ˜›πŸ‘‹
So...I wanna share a little fable with ya'all. I wrote the whole stuff for a certain essay competition and unluckilyπŸ˜”πŸ˜ͺπŸ™„, I didn't WIN but atleast I got some knowledge on Greek mythology– although I did more of KAY mythology⁉️ which isn't so bad. Here's the little piece and I really hope ya'all commentπŸ’πŸ—―πŸ‘Š:

The sight was terrible. The old clock tower of Chronos was falling and crumbling. Aion, Lord of the sesons sat in his throne. "Take off the crystals at once!", he ordered. The watchmen of the clock tower flew to the cave where the shiny crystals were, immediately took them out and suddenly, darkness came upon the earth.

"What happened?", Ajax asked dusting some powdery substances off his coat. He turned to look around where he was. It was an empty yard. He saw nothing but a heap of clippings. He picked up a clipping.
—'Stay indoors!', Elias orders. [3:22 p.m Tuesday]
Ajax gasped. Three–Twenty two. Tuesday.
What was wrong?
"Hello! Anybody here?!", he asked loudly. No one replied.
He shut his eyes and bit his lower lip. When he opened them, he sighted a red coach–It was Cora's. He looked at the lone street with puddles everywhere. Even the pub was gravy.
That was unusual. What in the world was going on? Was he crazy or he had really seen all these before? "It certainly cannot be deja vu.", he assured himself.

Ajax raised his eyes to the North. He could see the ruins of Chronos' tower. Now things were making some sense to him but his questions were not cleared.
"The very moment my Tower is destroyed, time shall cease to exist and mortals shall be all gone", he recalled. Those were the words of Chronos to Aion and Kairos.
"The tower is fallen..but, time has not ceased to exist", Ajax said to himself. He got confused. He shouted out loud," What's going on huh?" Once again, no one replied him. He sighed and sat on the ground.
"Ouch!", he cried. A pain came up on his left ankle. He had them before. He feared. "Oh no.." All these signs meant one thing: Time was going backwards so he had to face his past over again till death – did he?

He sat in pain for a while groaning and cursing. He knew sitting there was pointless so he limped to the ruins of the clock tower.
"This is not good", Ajax thought. He sighted the remains of the mighty clock, picked some of them, and kept them in his bag. He was determined and so he struggled to the dwelling of Lord Chronos; The Pit of Kyros.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
"What brings you Ajax?", Horae, wife of Chronos and guardian of the five crowns of the mighty Lords asked. For a second or two, Ajax was unsure of what to say. "I have come this day,  my lady to speak to your Lord, Chronos". Horae ordered, "Come with me". Ajax looked at her with a bit of fear. She smiled. "I know your worries child but you must now understand that even my Lord worries as you do now". Ajax was down-hearted. "Well forgive me my lady for I must speak. Why has my Lord done nothing about it? Is my Lord—". Horae angrily cut in," Do you dare inquire the knowledge of your master for he alone knows best?". Ajax shook his head. "Very well then child, have it quiet till we meet my Lord".

Soon, they got to the entrance of the chamber of Lord Chronos. Horae moved inside. "My Lord, you have a visitor", she respectfully said to him. "Who is he?", Chronos asked with his mighty voice. Ajax stepped in. "It is I, Ajax my Lord". Chronos turned to him. 'Ah..it is you. The Half-breed. And what is it that brings you?". Ajax brought out the remains of the clock from his bag. "I see. My tower has crumbled. Interesting". "Noxina?!", he called. A good-looking winged creature flew quickly to him. "My Lord..", she said. "Take these to Aion right away!", he ordered pointing to the remains of the clock. She flew out with my bag. "Look Ajax, only you can stop this."
Ajax wasn't suprised. He summoned courage and asked," My Lord, why is it that time exists?". Chronos smiled while Horae frowned. "Look here sonny. My tower is not destroyed until my very hands destroy it so bother not". Ajax smiled. "How do I fix this mess, Lord?"
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
Ajax, with the help of Noxina, Eleanor, and Ji fixed the clock. Ajax thanked Chronos and his guardians. He hurried back to the place of man.

The street was not solitary and a festival was going on but Ajax saw something, the time was Two: Eighteen p.m—Sunday . "Ah!!", he screamed. It was Doagh's festival he had earlier attended. What was wrong? Time was still going backwards. He had fixed the clock as Chronos said. He looked up and shouted," What is going on?". This time Chronos replied," You didn't fix it with your own hands boy". Ajax cursed under his breath and One..Two..Three
Slam!!
He threw the clock and darkness came upon the earth.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
"What just happened?", he asked. He looked around him.He was home—Three: Forty p.m—Wednesday. He smiled a smile of achievement and satisfaction.

Now this chronicle is closed but if you are ever asked who saved time, he is: Ajax, son of Neptol, servant of HAIES, Master of all masters.

So...what do you think?
And...what do you think the topic of the essay was?
Please tell me what you feel about this in the comment section.

Thanks πŸ€—guys. πŸ‘‹
